We are printing a brochure and it has a few logo’s on it… It says as seen on… ABC/CNN/NBC ect. Is this legal? Do I need a disclaimer? I don’t want to get in trouble on this one.

Standard business card stock, is 85# cover.
Check if printer has a choice in the properties, that can tell it to use heavy stock, and at that 85# cover is still heavier that most card stock like 67# vellum.

You probably need one with very high res. That shouldn’t be a big problem to find. Go to google images (images.google.com) and search for smiley – filter the search results to include only medium or high res. images, and you will probably find something you like.
When you are using an image editor, set the zoom level to 100% to see how it looks when it is printed.

That’s a rapidly dying business in an age where people can upload pictures to a website and reach the world for a few dollars a month.

I’d think carefully about this before putting any money into it.
